How To Book...

Booking your place on the Autodidactic Indus Valley Tour is simple:

  1. To confirm your spot, please fill out the booking form above. Once you have submitted the form  you will recieve a confirmation from us, you will then need to transfer the 1st paymet of 50% of the tour fees. The remainder of the balance is due 4 weeks before the tour starts.  Tour fees are €3,500 per person based on double occupancy, ( For single occupancy there is supplement charge of €350). Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.   2. Bank Transfer Details - Bank: Revolut

  3. Send Proof of Payment, After making your transfer, please email your receipt or screenshot of transfer to: contact@lostworldadventures.co.uk, along with your full name and the number of guests in your party.

  4. It is important that you take out holiday insurance at the time of booking in your home country. We will not accept anyone who doesnt show proof of insurance. 

  5. You will receive your booking confirmation once we’ve received your payment, along with proof of your holiday insurance. A welcome pack will be sent once we have recieved this with more in deoth details related to the tour.

  7.  The tour fees DO NOT include flights so you you will have to book your own return international flights to Quid e Azam International airport, Karachi city. The favourite airlines for this are Emirates Airlines, Qatar Airways who fly directly to Karachi.  There is also the budget airline Pegasus that flys directly to Karachi. 
     

  8. A tourist Visa will be required for entry to Pakistan, which you can apply for at - https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/e-visa/

  9. All new members, if its your first time booking a tour with the Club then please ensure you read the Members Agreement and Club Constitution

Terms & Conditions 

By booking a tour with Lost World Adventures Club , you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings​

  • Bookings are confirmed once the booking payment has been received along with proof of insurance , and your passoort details, you will then receive a written confirmation of your booking from Lost World Adventures.

2. Payments

  • Members  can make payments via bank transfer (see bank details above)

  • All prices are listed in EUR.

  • Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant member.

3. Cancellations by the Member ​

  • If you cancel more than 8 weeks before departure: 50% of the total paid  balance will be refunded.

  • If you cancel less than 8 weeks before departure: no refunds are available.

  • You may transfer your booking to another participant (subject to written approval).

4. Cancellations or Changes by Lost World Adventures

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, political instability, insufficient numbers).

  • If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of payments made, but we are not responsible for additional costs (flights, visas, insurance, additional days accomodation if planning to stay longer or come in early etc.).

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, visas, and permits for travel.

  • Comprehensive travel insurance (covering health, cancellations, and repatriation) is mandatory. Proof of insurance is mandotory for booking confirmation.

6. Health & Safety

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements/allergies at the time of booking. 

  • By joining, you confirm you are in good health and capable of participating in the tour.

  • Lost World Adventures is not liable for illness, injury, or accidents that occur during the tour.

7. Responsibility & Liability

  • Lost World Adventures Club works with trusted local operators  but is not responsible for events beyond our direct control.

  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

  • Participation in activities is at your own risk, and you accept responsibility for your own safety.

8. Itinerary & Flexibility

  • Itineraries are carefully planned but may be subject to change due to local conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to adjust routes, accommodation, or activities as necessary. We will keep everyone informed at all times of any changes if this was to occur.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for local cultures, laws, and customs is expected at all times.

  • Lost World Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behavior causes danger, distress, or disruption, without refund.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the booking is made.

  • Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
