Booking your place on a tour is simple:

To confirm your spot, please fill out the booking form below. Use the drop down box on the booking form to choose which tour you wish to join.

Once you have submitted the form you will receive an email from us, and we can confirm your space and any additional requirements you might have.

When you are ready make the payment, we will send you payment instructions via email.

Payment Options: You can pay the full amount or can pay in two instalments, 50% of the tour fees to confirm your spot, and the remainder of the balance will be due 6 weeks before any tour start date.

It is important that you take out holiday insurance at the time of booking, in your home country. We will not accept anyone who doesnt show proof of insurance.

You will receive your booking confirmation once we’ve received your payment. A welcome pack email will be sent with more in depth details related to the specific tour booked.

The tour fees DO NOT include international flights so you you will have to book your own return international flights to the Tour start destination city. For tour specific travel requirements and essential info please visit the dedicated tour page.

All new members, if its your first time booking a tour with the Club then please ensure you read the Members Agreement and Club Constitution.

Terms & Conditions
By booking a tour with Lost World Adventures Club , you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once the booking payment has been received along with proof of insurance , and your passoort details, you will then receive a written confirmation of your booking from Lost World Adventures.
2. Payments

Members can make payments via bank transfer (see bank details above)

All prices are listed in GBP (British Pound)

Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant member.
3. Cancellations by the Member

If you cancel more than 8 weeks before departure: 50% of the total paid balance will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 8 weeks before departure: no refunds are available.

You may transfer your booking to another participant (subject to written approval).
4. Cancellations or Changes by Lost World Adventures

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, political instability, insufficient numbers).

If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of payments made, but we are not responsible for additional costs (flights, visas, insurance, additional days accomodation if planning to stay longer or come in early etc.).
5. Travel Documents & Insurance

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, visas, and permits for travel.

Comprehensive travel insurance (covering health, cancellations, and repatriation) is mandatory. Proof of insurance is mandotory for booking confirmation.
6. Health & Safety

You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements/allergies at the time of booking.

By joining, you confirm you are in good health and capable of participating in the tour.

Lost World Adventures is not liable for illness, injury, or accidents that occur during the tour.
7. Responsibility & Liability

Lost World Adventures Club works with trusted local operators but is not responsible for events beyond our direct control.

We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

Participation in activities is at your own risk, and you accept responsibility for your own safety.
8. Itinerary & Flexibility

Itineraries are carefully planned but may be subject to change due to local conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to adjust routes, accommodation, or activities as necessary. We will keep everyone informed at all times of any changes if this was to occur.
9. Code of Conduct

Respect for local cultures, laws, and customs is expected at all times.

Lost World Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behavior causes danger, distress, or disruption, without refund.
10. Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the booking is made.

Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
